In case the website name didn’t give it away, I am Jade. I am a Life & Wellbeing Coach (qualified with a Level 3 Diploma from Centre of Excellence). I am also a mental illness warrior, blogger and mental health advocate.
I have battled mental illness for most of my life and have been on my own healing journey for over 7 years now. I’ve tried many things and hit many challenges. I have grown and learned and I have captured a great deal in my blog. The biggest thing I learned that worked for me was that by focusing on my overall wellbeing, life’s challenges became that little bit easier.
Whether your goal is to be better in work, at home, or whether you have recognised a need to come back to yourself, wellbeing is the key. When I truly started to focus on and prioritise my wellbeing seriously, I was able to achieve so much more. When I’ve slipped (we all do) I’ve found myself not practicing what I preach and honestly, I found myself stuck and questioning why I am not reaching my personal goals. I am an imperfect human, I will never pretend to have it all figured out, literally nobody does. I can however, work with you to teach you what I’ve learned so you can prioritise your wellbeing and become your favourite version of yourself. You are important, you matter and I will be your biggest cheerleader on your journey.
I have not gotten where I am without support, from counsellors, coaches, managers and most importantly, family and friends. Everything I have achieved, I am immensely proud of myself for and I am even more grateful for those that supported me to get there. I want to be able to help others the way I have been helped. I want to shine a light for those that want to reach their goals, to improve themselves or their situations. I want to empower you to be your favourite self as others have and do empower me. I am beyond passionate about this Wellbeing Hub and I am so excited to see where it can go.
